15000Nm3/h VPSA Oxygen Generation Plant
The VPSA Oxygen Plant Data:
Feedstock: Air
Oxygen capacity: 15000 Nm³/h
Oxygen purity: 80%
Project Location: China
Application: Steel Industry (Blast furnace ironmaking)
Typical consumption data for 15000 Nm³/h oxygen:
- Installed power of main engine: 5000kw
- Circulating cooling water: 200m3/h
- Circulating sealing water: 10m3/h
- Instrument air: 0.6MPa, 300Nm3/h
* The VPSA oxygen production process implements “customized” design according to the user’s different altitude, meteorological conditions, device size, oxygen purity (70%~93%).
Floor area:
15×60m
Plant features of the VPSA oxygen plant:
1. The project adopts two sets of mainstream 2-1-1 vacuum pressure swing adsorption process (VPSA), through the dual-load Roots unit process route and advanced radial flow adsorption system, supporting the self-developed patented product - a new high-efficiency pressing device which can online automatic compensation for the normal settlement of fillers such as adsorbents and molecular sieves. The compensation process does not reduce the compaction force and can easily realize the normal settlement of fillers such as adsorbents and molecular sieves under working conditions. There is no "beating", "boiling" and other phenomena, which can avoid the pulverization phenomenon, greatly extending the life of fillers such as adsorbents and molecular sieves, and improving the using stability.
2. The project is also the single series (refers to the single Roots unit) equipment with the largest production capacity of the same type plant at home and abroad. After the project is put into operation, the customer's oxygen demand gap is solved, the customer's oxygen cost is reduced, and the expected goal of energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved.
3. The construction land of 15000Nm³/h VPSA-O₂ plant is extremely limited, and it is strictly prohibited to exceed any of the six sides of the construction space outside the given three-dimensional space. TCWY project team overcame many difficulties and finally successfully achieved delivery and assessment and acceptance.
