In the pressure swing adsorption (PSA), vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) industry, the adsorption device, adsorption tower, purifier is the main difficulty of the industry. It is common that fillers such as adsorbents and molecular sieves are not compacted tightly, resulting in fillers such as adsorbents and molecular sieves are seriously pulverized, adsorbers, adsorption towers, and purifiers are not working properly, making repairs difficult.
There are currently two main technical routes for the compression devices of adsorbers, adsorption towers and purifiers in the vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) industry: natural compression method and air bag compression method. The disadvantages of the natural compaction method are that the compaction force is small and the pulverization of fillers such as adsorbents and molecular sieves is serious, so expensive adsorbents, molecular sieves and other fillers need to be replenished from time to time. The disadvantage of the air bag compression method is that the processing and installation of the compressed air bag are complicated, and as the production time of the device goes by, once the filler becomes pulverized, it is difficult to replenish it (the air bag needs to be completely removed and re-installed), resulting in a decline in device performance.
In order to solve the above technical problems, this patent provides a compensated adsorber compression device which can online automatic compensation for the normal settlement of fillers such as adsorbents and molecular sieves. The compensation process does not reduce the compaction force and can easily realize the normal settlement of fillers such as adsorbents and molecular sieves under working conditions. There is no "beating", "boiling" and other phenomena, which can avoid the pulverization phenomenon, greatly extending the life of fillers such as adsorbents and molecular sieves, and improving the using stability.
